Strategic Growth Begins with Strategic People – Welcoming Shelly Murphy to Intellistake

Jason Dussault
Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder

By Jason Dussault - Chief Executive Officer of Intellistake Technologies Corp. (CSE:ISTK) (the “Company”). This post is disseminated on behalf of the Company.
Building the right team has always been one of those things that keeps me up at night. Not in a bad way, exactly—more like the kind of restless energy you get when you know you're on the edge of something big. And honestly, I think we're living through the most significant technological transformation any of us will see in our lifetimes.
That's why I'm genuinely excited to announce that Shelly Murphy is joining our Advisory Board at Intellistake.

Look, I've met a lot of impressive people in this industry, but Shelly brings something different. Twenty-five years in finance, capital structuring, and emerging tech—that's not just experience, it's battle-tested wisdom. She's the kind of person who doesn't just talk about bold ideas; she actually builds them into something real. Co-founding DesTechAZ with Steve Wozniak—the co-founder of Apple; working on national AI infrastructure policy through the AI Infrastructure Coalition—these aren't just impressive bullet points on a resume. They're proof that she's been in the rooms where decisions get made about our collective future.
Why this matters for us
Here's the thing about Intellistake—we're not sitting around waiting for the future to happen. We're participating inbuilding in it. Our work with decentralized AI, digital currencies, and clean-powered infrastructure puts us right at the center of three forces that, frankly, aren't going to slow down for anyone.
But being in the middle of all that change means we need advisors who don't just understand these systems—they help create them. Shelly is exactly that kind of person.

With Shelly on board, we gain something I've been thinking about for months: policy-level insight into AI infrastructure and regulation. That's not just helpful—it's going to give us areal edge in how we develop products and position ourselves. Plus, her network spans tech, finance, and energy in ways that align perfectly with what we're trying to accomplish. And perhaps most importantly, she's proven she can scale innovation across both public and private markets. That's not easy to find.
What comes next
I'm not one to announce things without having a clear plan, so let me be specific about what Shelly will be doing with us. She'll be instrumental in shaping our custom AI solutions for industrial partners—something we're already deep into, but her perspective will help us think bigger. She's also going to introduce us to her network, which is exactly where our expertise in AI and digital currencies can help companies navigate their own transitions.

And then there's the strategic partnerships piece. I think there's huge potential in aligning innovation with infrastructure and sustainability, but you need the right connections to make those conversations happen. Shelly opens those doors.
Her appointment does something else too—it strengthens our position as a company that's both forward-facing and execution-focused. We're not just talking about bridging traditional markets with the emerging decentralized economy. We're actually doing it.
Welcome to the team, Shelly. I have a feeling this is going to be more interesting than any of us anticipated.
